Role & Responsibility:
The PA&O team’s mandate is to strive to minimize deviations from the Annual Business Plan as also monitor lead parameters, in-process checks and complement business.
A balanced approach would be taken to ensure health checks on all aspects- this would be across financial, customer, processes and learning & growth parameters
The team will ensure a complete “closed looping” by identifying the problem areas, working on the CAPA and following up on the action items
KRAs:

The head of the PA&O team would also interact with telecom sector analysts to gauge the outside view and suggest course corrections thereafter

Enhancing efficiency of Customer Delivery by monitoring key customer service parameters
