    Role & Responsibility:

    The PA&O team’s mandate is to strive to minimize deviations from the
  • Annual Business Plan as also monitor lead parameters, in-process checks and complement business.
  • A balanced approach would be taken to ensure health checks on all aspects- this would be across financial, customer, processes and learning & growth parameters
  • The team will ensure a complete “closed looping” by identifying the problem areas, working on the CAPA and following up on the action items KRAs:
  • Provide distilled insights to the Apex team by:
  • Looking at in-process and lead parameters around critical/key processes
  • Analyzing business and functional MIS and preparing an executive summary
  • Undertaking market, national and international benchmarking of performance
