Process/Selection Methodology:

Objectives & Specifications:
  • Meet client, understand the organization, its culture, the challenges it offers. Identify strategic recruitment need. Obtain a detailed job description and understand the skill sets required for each job.
  • Along with the client, identify the target companies, understand the reporting relations and compensation package offered.
  • Develop search strategy.
Candidate Assessment:
  • Identify using databank, referrals and contacts.
  • Talking to candidates of the opportunities available, evaluate their interests, interview and understand their fitment.
  • Seek updated profiles from the candidates spoken to and shortlisted.
  • Prepare profile of the shortlisted candidates and review with clients.
  • Check the background of the candidate.
Process/Selection Methodology:

Interviews:
  • Facilitate meeting of the candidates with clients.
  • Obtain feedback from both clients and candidates.
  • Facilitate discussion on compensation package.
  • Follow up with client on roll out of offer for the shortlisted candidate.
Follow up:
  • Follow up with the candidate offered for smooth transition and join the organization.
  • Ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
