THE SENIOR TEAM

• P Venkatasubramanian is the Head of Pursuit WFS with 20+ years of work experience behind him in both Public & Private Sector. A Certified Recruitment Analyst with distinction from Carlton Advanced Management Institute, USA, through their accredited work study program, he also holds an accredition from Thomas Assessments Pvt. Ltd. (An Associate of Thomas International, U.K.) in module 1 of Personal Profile Analysis. To his credit he has the experience of hiring over 600 people at various levels. His last assignment was as Senior Manager-HR with a leading telecommunications company.
  
  
• Rajendra Prasad: A Chemical Engineer by profession, he has worked with public & private sector in India as well as abroad. His last assignment was in the Middle East with a leading oil company. Rajendra Prasad has experience in commissioning and production activities of oil refineries. During his tenure in the middle east, Rajendra Prasad has hired technical resources and was also instrumental in inducting and training them. With total experience of 22+ years behind, Rajendra Prasad has sound understanding of international placements.
  
  
• Ravindran has over 10 years experience. Prior to management consulting, he was a Technical Services Engineer with MAS and gained extensive exposure to its daily operations. Prior to establishing Siddharth Aviation, he was the practice leader for Deloitte Consulting's Aviation & Transportation Services practice in Southeast Asia. He has also worked as a Principal Consultant for Booz-Allen & Hamilton and A.T. Kearney. Ravindran holds a MBA and a Bachelors Degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics.

• Babita Thakur - A training professional, Babita has carried out bilingual language training in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, German, French & Spanish.
  
  
• Uma Ravindran - With about 10 years experience, Uma has experience in Call Center Management in Telecom & International Bank. Her competency is in the areas of customer relationship management & service delivery. She has transitioned a major process from UK in her previous assignment.
